Unfortunately for some countries we don't have the possiblity to produce locally and the shipping costs for an import are unfeasibly high. But for other countries we will work on setting up a local production in the future. If you would like an artwork delivered to a location that we currently don't offer, then please let us know. In some instances we can find a solution. If this is not the case, then the requests still help us to prioritze to which countries we want to expand next.

We are sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 14 days and send us some photos showing the damage and we will reach out to resolve the issue.

Every artwork is made to order and immediately sent to the production facility, we can not offer any returns once your order went through. The exception are of course damages during shipping or other defects. In this case please reach out to us.

Right after purchase the production is started, therefor cancelling the order is not possible. If you reach out to us in time, then it may be possible to still change the shipping address.

If you are ordering to a country within the EU, then all taxes are included in the price of the artwork. Otherwise the import tariffs are charged by the receiving country's customs agency and are usually to be paid on delivery. Make sure to look up your individual countries duty rates with your responsible local authority.
